Key Responsibilities:
Develop and post engaging content for Swift IT Solutions' social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Plan and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Monitor trends and competitor activities to keep our content current and appealing.
Interact with followers and respond to messages/comments to maintain a strong online presence.
Track and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and suggest improvements.
