At Anaplan, we have an excellent job opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our GTM Finance team based in the UK. The ideal candidate will be a team player who can work collaboratively across functions and geographies, preferably with previous experience working in a software environment supporting multiple regions within Europe.
Your Impact
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the EMEA GTM P&L and its cost/revenue drivers
- Provide monthly analysis of actuals vs. forecast plus adjust forecast inputs accordingly
- Manage headcount in collaboration with HR, TA, and Sales Ops (New Hires/Leavers, Opening/Closing Requisitions in line with budgets, updating forecasted start dates based on TA input)
- Track and manage T&E spend within GTM; provide regional targets with regular tracking
- Ability to contribute to in-depth business cases to support investment decisions
- Other ad-hoc duties such as helping support RFP submissions for the sales organisations in collaboration with the Accounting team
Your Qualifications
- Strong modeling mindset, with an ability to build robust, flexible scenario models
- Comfortable preparing presentation materials for senior management with concise/insightful narrative
- Experience reviewing top-line bookings forecasts (New Business, Renewals) and providing judgment based on the latest available information
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to work methodically, logically, and tidily
- Excel /PowerPoint to minimum of intermediate standard
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to build and maintain good customer relationships
- Ability to challenge professionally
- Strong operational work ethic: robust, hands-on, can-do, delivery paramount
- Adaptable and open to change
