- Assisting with the step by step process of creating and launching content marketing campaigns (working with creative and studio to create a bank of assets)
- Creating and updating credentials documents and case studies (things we use to show off what we can do)
- Checking the accuracy of New Business proposals and Award entries (factual, spelling, grammar, spotting missed opportunities to shout about what we can do)
- Shooting and capturing content for our Havas People social channels
- Keeping the Havas People social channels active by designing and contributing content to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Scheduling content via 'Sprout Social'
- Working with the Paid Social team to run paid social campaigns
- Community management on our Havas People social channels (interacting with our own active audience)
- Helping to set up campaigns on our email marketing service platforms (Mailchimp & SendInBlue)
- Supporting with the marketing of Havas People events, including promotion on social media
- Liaising with suppliers
- Supporting with event set up and break down
- Keeping the Havas People website updated with news, case studies and blogs
- Dedicated Buddy - someone who isn't your manager that you can talk to and ask questions, they're role is to help guide you through the whole process.
