We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Media Manager to plan and execute media strategies that align with our marketing objectives and support both brand and tactical campaigns. This pivotal role will involve close collaboration with the Head of Brand and Campaigns, Campaign Manager, and Digital Marketing Team to ensure effective media buying and performance tracking across all channels.


The successful candidate must demonstrate a great understand of all media channels, including ATL, AV, DOOH and press.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead and oversee the development of end-to-end media strategies, together with the Head of Brand & Campaigns and media agency, taking into account local market trends, competitive activity, and consumer behaviour
  • Develop and execute comprehensive media plans that align with Warner Hotels’ marketing objectives and campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Campaign Manager to identify key campaigns requiring ATL media support
  • Brief and manage relationships with media agencies from inception through to campaign execution, ensuring alignment with brand goal
  • Oversee brand partnerships with media outlets and creative agencies, ensuring that all creative requirements are met and delivered on time
  • Work closely with the Entertainment team to integrate Entertainment plans with brand partnerships where applicable
  • Build strong relationships with external partners to enhance collaboration and campaign effectiveness
  • Ensure all partnerships are tracked and measured and align to Marketing objectives and KPIs
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to track brand health and campaign effectiveness
  • Analyse ROI across various media channels and report findings to stakeholders
  • Utilise brand measurement tools to assess and report on brand health metrics
  • Work closely with internal teams to gather insights and feedback that inform media strategies
  • Collaborate with the Head of Brand and Campaigns to ensure media strategies support overarching brand objectives
  • Work alongside the digital marketing team to create integrated campaigns that leverage both traditional and digital media channels.


What are we looking for?

  • Should have some travel or hospitality experience and understanding of this industry
  • An expert in the media landscape – should be confident with both ATL and BTL channels
  • Able to manage multiple priorities
  • Works well under pressure
  • Has a great relationship with Media partnerships especially press
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or a related field
  • Proven experience, at least 6 years in media either in agency or client side
  • Strong strategic thinker and great planner
  • Can do attitude
  • Team player
