• Interest and enjoyment for using writing skills to inform and excite.
• A respect for the need for numeracy skills
• Someone who enjoys working with, learning from and collaborating with new people
• Organisation skills and the want to learn new ones
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• If you already have experience of working with both paid and organic social media and an interest in content development, this would be an advantage

On the 6 month programme, you’ll be involved in:

• Community Management: Monitor clients’ social channels and respond to questions and comments from their online community.
• Supporting Paid Campaign Planning: Learning how to deliver campaigns across various paid social channels, ensuring the growth of our clients’ accounts and the delivery of strong ROI
• Learning how to manage budgets, forecast, and monitor campaigns to deliver on agreed targets
• Reporting & Audit: Audit clients’ social accounts as well as their competitors to formulate effective social strategies and recommendations
• Other duties as commensurate with the role
