Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join an established and fast growing company operating in the Glazing Industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. You will work closely with various departments to ensure our messaging aligns with overall marketing goals and public relations initiatives.

Duties

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok (social media) and running ad words.
• A good understanding of Google and Linked in AdWords.
• Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience and promotes brand awareness.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
• Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manage online community interactions, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Have experience and understanding of the Double Glazing industry. Ability to identify trends and best practices in social media management and public relations.
• Must have a good understanding of SEO, Content Writing and Marketing.
• Be prepared to visit sites for Photography/Videography purposes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling through digital content.
• Familiarity with public relations principles and practices is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging content.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
