Job Introduction
As the Fashion Marketing Partnerships Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, executing impactful marketing and partnership opportunities that amplify key moments with our brand partners. Collaborating with renowned fashion brands, you will work across in-store, experiential, print and digital pillars. This role blends strategic thinking, operational excellence, and relationship management, providing a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative, retail environment.
You will be responsible for co-ordinating the end-to-end process of partnership initiatives, from initial discussions, cross-channel briefing to post-campaign reporting, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with brand and business objectives. This includes brand relationship management, maintaining databases, creating decks, alignment on performance reports, and fostering strong relationships with internal teams.
As the Fashion Marketing Partnerships Coordinator, your role entails:
- Campaign Development & Delivery
- Support the Fashion Category Manager in driving the annual marketing calendar and partnership projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver brand partner plans and support on time, within scope, and aligned with desired outcomes.
- Oversee the execution of in-store, online, and digital support, ensuring all materials and artwork are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Revenue Generation & Brand Partner Management
- Drive partnership revenue targets by identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities across the brand portfolio.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with brand partners, understanding their needs and delivering tailored marketing solutions.
- Co-ordinate bookings, and real estate inventory sales to maximise revenue potential.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Work with project management teams to prepare detailed post-campaign wrap-ups, analysing performance and delivering actionable insights.
- Monitor and research market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform future strategies.
- Team Collaboration & Communication
- Foster a culture of mutual accountability and teamwork within the Brand Partnerships Marketing Team.
- Actively use project management tools like Monday.com to keep cross-department teams updated and accountable
- Champion the integration of sustainability messaging into marketing activities, aligning with the company’s vision and purpose.
What you'll bring:
- Demonstrable experience in the retail or fashion industry, with a strong understanding of marketing strategies and luxury brands.
- Enjoy taking responsibility seeing a project through from start to finish.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, capable of co-ordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels acting as a Selfridges ambassador.

- Commercially aware and data-driven, with an ability to translate insights into impactful campaigns.
