We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills , willing to work flexibly within the Maternity Delivery Suite setting .
Your Responsibilities:
Provide personalised care under the guidance of midwives and the delivery suite coordinator ️.
Assist with:
Personal hygiene & toileting
Continence aids & catheter care
Measuring output & specimen collection
Moving, handling & mobility support
Patient positioning & safety
Monitoring and observing patients
You will also support the productive operation of the birth environment by maintaining a safe, clean, and organized space .

Consent & Communication
Gain valid consent before providing care and document it clearly and promptly.
Recognise and report changes in mother or baby’s condition , including concerns raised by women or families, to the midwife in charge.
Communicate effectively with the clinical team , promoting well-being and positive outcomes for mothers and babies.
Clinical Practice & Safety
Ensure clinical practice is safe and appropriate at all times ️, performing relevant clinical skills and acting within your competence.
Maintain a safe, clean, and productive care environment , adhering to hygiene and infection control standards.
