An exciting opportunity is available to join the Catering team within Capital, Estates & Facilities in the Central Food Production Unit, University Hospital of Wales Heath, Cardiff.
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic staff colleagues with a flexible approach to work and to join our Catering team. Candidates should be committed to maintaining high service standards and possess relevant food hygiene certification. Applicants should have a track record of working in catering as well as distributing and stock control. Working as part of a team or on their own together with a high commitment to excellent customer care.
Distribution of patient/staff and visitor provisions to UHB wide hospitals and mainly University Hopsital Wales Wards.
Accurate recording of legal documentation in line with Food Safety Law.
Full clean driving licence is required
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
