SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning and delivery of marketing activity for the global business.
You will ensure implementation of the Craster marketing plan, managing the brand and building intelligent lead generation strategies across multiple channels.
Working closely with the Product and Sales teams, under the direction of the Interim Head of Marketing, you will apply your skills to deliver campaigns through digital marketing, trade shows, PR, and bespoke marketing activities with our trade and distributor partners.
With an innate curiosity, a desire to make things happen, outstanding copywriting skills, and broad expertise across the marketing mix, the Marketing Manager is responsible for driving high quality leads to the sales team, directly from marketing campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pull key insights from marketing and customer data in order to help prepare an informed and strategic marketing plan, supporting the overall commercial plan
- Deliver successful campaigns around new product launches scheduled throughout the year, ensuring teams receive all the necessary assets to present these products and generate inbound leads.
- Deliver and maintain universal tools designed to promote brand saliency and appeal
- Work closely with product, merchandising, operations and sales teams to understand the needs of all departments and deliver the marketing tools required both globally and locally
- Manage all touchpoints across all branded, customer and distributor spaces that hold Craster product
- Help to implement marketing tech integrations to achieve full end-to-end lead funnel reporting
- Day to day management of the marketing team, providing guidance and support for two direct reports.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES & FUNCTIONS (ADDITIONAL POSITION DETAILS)
- Supporting Head of Marketing to deliver annual strategic marketing plan
- Working closely with product team to deliver exciting product campaigns and seasonal launches across all regions.
- Managing global trade shows, PR and bespoke trade activity with our customers and distributors
- Building & promoting a sustainable brand culture that the whole business can be proud of
- Driving brand awareness and lead generation opportunities integrating campaigns across the full marketing mix

- Implementing and managing tracking systems for marketing campaigns
- Owning the marketing events calendar and budget, delivering events and tradeshows through project management and coordination, tracking ROI for each event.
- Responsible for managing some external agency and supplier relationships
- Managing the annual marketing budget
- Ensuring that direct reports are aware of their expected contribution and are clearly measured on that contribution
- Leading by example, dedicating some time to training and coaching junior team members
PERSON SPECIFICATION (ADDITIONAL POSITION QUALIFICATIONS)
Skills and Abilities
- Strong track record of successfully executing campaigns, including the organization of trade show stands
- Well organized and deadline oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using Excel, Powerpoint, Canva, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, social scheduling tools (Hootsuite). Experience of marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, and basic html knowledge are a BIG plus.
- Experience in managing photography & video shoots
- Planning, organisational and project management skills are a must
- Ability and experience in copywriting
- Experience of managing others
Qualifications and Experience
- 4+ years marketing experience required working either in a fast-paced SME or a marketing agency
- Bachelors Degree Marketing/Communications focus is preferred
- Additional European languages spoken/written is an advantage
