We are looking for a strong administrator who is keen to develop their career in data analytics. You will get the opportunity to really develop your skills whilst taking ownership of data projects and general administration whilst working with a wide range of stakeholders, gathering requirements and providing key insight which will be used to make key suggestions and implement changes. This opportunity allows you to produce analytics work that will make a difference – it will be used to make important decisions and improve a wide range of areas -
In the role of System Analyst Administrator, we'll count on you to:- Support the development and implementation of change initiatives to improve operational effectiveness.
- Assist in gathering and analysing data on existing and required processes, identifying gaps and needs.
- Contribute to the design of business process and object models to improve system performance.
- Prepare process charts, workflow models, and performance reports.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives.
- Support the Heads of Commissioning on strategic and ad-hoc work as required. This includes, diary management, travel management, assisting with management meetings, producing reports, expenses, QA tasks, client contracts etc.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned
- Power BI experience preferable but not essential
- You will ideally be comfortable using both SQL and Excel and will also get exposure to Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Skills, PowerPoint & Excel
- Analytical, structured, and logical in approach.
- Attention to detail and a delivery focused mind set.
- Organized & collaborative.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working as an assistant for senior leaders of an organization
- Professional demeanor
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook
- Knowledgeable and proficient in the use of multi-media communication techniques and equipment including online conferencing
- Ability to exercise discretion with highly confidential matters
- Ability to write clearly and exercise strong communication skills
- Ability to work with and take direction from multiple levels of professional staff
- Ability to work under pressure in a team environment with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Self-motivated, well organized with the flexibility and ability to prioritize, adjust to changes, and handle multiple tasks at once
- Ability to meet deadlines
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture
