Cochlear has an opportunity for a full-time Professional and Consumer Content Specialist based in our Addlestone office. In this role, the successful Professional and Consumer Content Specialist will support the evolution of our customer marketing strategy, focusing on creating impactful content that enhances Cochlear’s market presence and aligns with our strategic goals. Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Product and Customer Marketing Managers to create content that supports business and marketing objectives.
- Developing a strong understanding of the customer journey to identify opportunities for building awareness and brand consideration.
- Crafting and refining content that highlights product and service benefits across offline and digital channels for both professional and consumer audiences.
- Contributing to campaign planning, ensuring thorough preparation and timely implementation.
- Tracking and reporting on campaign performance, adapting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
- Supporting cross-functional collaboration with teams to foster effective content delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field or strong experience in a similar role
- Experience in developing marketing communications and collateral across various media.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communicator with excellent presentation skills.
- Background in healthcare or understanding of the NHS and hearing loss issues.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo).
- Proven collaboration skills and comfort in cross-functional roles.
- Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
