Sevenoaks School is currently seeking to appoint a IT Support Analyst (Full-time, all year round).
We are looking for a candidate who takes responsibility for service desk calls, owning them to the point of resolution and thinks and acts calmly under pressure, for example with technical issues or cybersecurity challenges. Experience working with a range of people, from children to senior leaders and understanding of academic processes and software would be desirable.
