Marketing/BD Assistant Manager (Service lines) - Maternity Leave (12 month contract)
Menzies Marketing Team requires a dynamic and proactive Service Line Marketeer for a 12 month contract. You will be part of a team of BD and marketing specialists who have built a strong reputation, both internally and externally.
The role will be based at our Staines-Upon-Thames office with occasional visits to other offices. The individual will work with service line heads and teams to drive and implement service line marketing plans, including events, sponsorship, content, awards and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for execution of service line marketing plans
- Building relationships with the service line teams across the firm, including scheduling and attending all service line meetings
- Generating new ideas for the service lines, including content, marketing campaigns and wider opportunities (e.g. speaking opportunities)
- Coordinating service line specific events and reporting on ROI
- Reporting, measuring and monitoring all on service line activity
Role Requirements:
- Ideally 3-5 years experience in a B2B marketing/BD role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills
- Experience with HubSpot would be advantage
- MS Office skills – proficiency required in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong networking and stakeholder management skills
