Key Responsibilities
- To oversee the smooth operation of the day-to-day procedures within the Finance Department
- To ensure all procedures for debtors ledger, purchasing, payroll, FB Control are followed in accordance with the finance manual and company policy
- To ensure adherence to current financial/ accounting legislation as directed by the Financial Controller
- To ensure accurate accounts information is distributed on a timely basis
- Assist in producing the Year End statutory accounts
- To audit all areas on a regular basis and report any suspicious activities or non-compliance to Company policies and procedures
- To ensure the balancing of the end of week and end of month financial information
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of the strategic plan and annual budget
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in financial management, ideally within the hospitality industry
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency
