As part of the global marketing team, you'll develop the communication strategy to support the business strategic transformation and growth of our division. As a communication expert you will drive the internal and external campaigns from A to Z including the creation of content and the successful coordination of the different launch actions with all our stakeholders.
The scope of this position includes:
- Lead the strategic internal communication supporting key business transformations, supporting services commercial leader and Line of business leader, and human resources department.
- Lead the internal and external communication about the digital capabilities powering our all services contracts including – but not limited to – indexes, Artificial intelligence, customer success managers, reporting, IoT Architecture. The marcom leader will also contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of the digital experience from commissioning to renewal.
- Lead the customer success stories program: identify, develop, and promote new customer success stories for services.
- Lead the communication related to circularity offers supporting the league leader, the commercial team and the pilot countries exploring take back and take back business models.
Responsibilities:
- Create the communication strategy for the internal and external campaigns in line with the strategy defined by the business team and the global marketing team.
- Coordinate content through all major stages of development including authoring of creative brief, collaborating with global marketing functions and external agencies when appropriate on scope of work, and driving concept, writing, design, and final approvals of assets.
- Drive the execution of the thought leadership communication plan
- Develop communication content to support local field marketing & marketing teams in in line with the brand guidelines together with our creative studio
- Contribute to the preparation of global events
- Define and manage the budget associated to the communication plan
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related field.
- Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience with a proven track record in digital or growth marketing
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale, brand-specific proprietary events
- Strong practical understanding of business strategy and international mindset with the ability to work effectively across cultures and matrixed environments
- Strategic capability to translate business goals into marketing concepts and communication strategy
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale, brand-specific proprietary events
- Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
- High level of curiosity paired with passion for teamwork
