Our client is looking for a passionate Paid Social Account Manager who lives and breathes social marketing and data-driven strategies.

In this role you will work closely with the Client Services, Creative, Production and Strategy teams to develop and execute high-impact paid social campaigns and content marketing strategies.

You will...
- Implement Paid Social campaigns across various platforms, including Meta.
- Input and assist with the management of campaigns including planning, buying and activation alongside liaising with our in-house Strategy & Creative teams.
- Work with the creative team to brief paid social creatives that fits best practice, and works in line with wider marketing channels and overall content strategy.
- Deliver best in class campaign recommendations and personalisation and segmentation strategies.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and the evolving digital landscape requirements.
- Develop test plans and roadmaps to continually learn and refine campaigns
- Develop strong client relationships and participate in client pitch processes.
- Set best practices for accounts, mentoring juniors.
- Communicate performance updates to stakeholders and advocate paid social.
- Conduct account audits and ensure best practice compliance.
- Act as the key client lead on accounts, reporting and strategy calls, providing direction to other paid team members.
- Be involved in new business pitches and forecasting

- Relevant experience working in an agency.
- Expertise in Meta Ads manager.
- Interest in D2C brands, growth marketing and ecommerce is beneficial.
- Proactive attitude towards self-improvement and commercial awareness.
- Good time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects, with great attention to detail, comfortable working both autonomously and in collaboration with others.
- Confident and articulate, with the ability to voice and share ideas and opinions both internally and with clients.
- Ability to problem solve and use initiative to manage workload
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Desire to be challenged and open to feedback.
- Sense of humour
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Logistics: Waterloo office (hybrid - 2 days in office, 3 days WFH)
