This role will be responsible for both Strategic and Operational Planning and Execution. This role will manage a team across Operational functions including Insights and Technical and Operational Product Marketing. The successful candidate will be a proven leader who demonstrates excellence in both strategic and operational planning, an ability to navigate in a world of ambiguity, creative and innovative problem solving, the motivation to inspire others, and ability to build strong and enduring relationships throughout the organization. Description

Lead strategic planning, utilizing data and insights to inform market opportunity and prioritization. Develop and implement a cross functional Annual and Quarterly rhythm of business to optimise planning, execution and monitoring. Develop and implement an operational strategy that both prioritizes and simplifies working practices and enables collaboration across Product Marketing and Cross Functional teams Lead and develop the Operational teams including Technical Product Marketing and Hardware loans to support planning, inventory optimization and execution of Marketing and sales briefings and events throughout the year. Manage Product Marketing and inventory budgets and drive vendor strategies to meet required goals Become a visible and vocal member of the European Product Marketing leadership team
  • Experience of leading and developing teams across either Operational and/or Insights driven functions.
  • You will be an expert in coaching & developing talent. Actively develops an inclusive culture by recognising the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to the organisation.
  • Strong business analytical skills coupled with strategic management experience
  • Experience of developing and implementing process tools for planning, monitoring and reporting
  • Highly collaborative with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.

  • Experience working for or with a global organization in technology or related fields
  • Technical fluency with the ability to translate features into consumer benefits
