With 22-branches and 2-distribution hubs, we offer a comprehensive range of ventilation system components from ducts, silencers and diffusers, to fans, fire dampers, demand-controlled ventilation and chilled beams.
The Role – IT Infrastructure Engineer
Based in our Leeds branch with travel nationwide, you will as our IT Infrastructure Engineer play a pivotal role managing the entire Organisations IT infrastructure including Routers, Switches, UPS devices and Printers. Ensuring they are correctly configured; asset details are recorded, and firmware is kept up to date.
You will have excellent communications skills and provide telephone, email, MS Teams and in-person IT support to 200 end users.
The successful candidate will require experience and knowledge of:-
•Routers •Switches •Firewalls •Wireless AP • Active Directory •Print Services •DHCP •DNS •File Services • Windows OS (Server and Desktop) • Android •MDM (Mobile Device Management) • Gamma Horizon or other cloud based telephony • LindAX (Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0) or other ERP system • Microsoft Office •SharePoint • HP/Canon Printers and Experience of MS SQL would be advantageous
The Package:-
