Recruitment Service Administrator Full Time

An exciting opportunity exists to join the national Medical and Dental Recruitment and Selection (MDRS) team as a Recruitment Service Administrator.

The post can be based in any of the NHS England offices.

As a Recruitment Service Administrator, your duties will include:

Enabling, promoting, and supporting the effective running of the services provided by the team.
Providing high quality administrative and project support.
Providing a high-quality service to key stakeholders such as applicants, administrators in the UK’s regional recruitment teams and clinical leaders.
Undertaking the secretariat function for the MDRS programme, organising regular and hoc meetings and working groups, as and when required.
This includes collation of data, financial and project information to improve, inform and support a portfolio of projects, services, and initiatives.
Maintaining team diaries, stakeholder distribution lists and an effective filing structure.
Reviewing, testing, and improving systems and processes.

Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in-person.

Staff recruited from outside the NHS will usually be appointed at the bottom of the pay band.

NHS England hold a Sponsor Licence; this means that we may be able to sponsor you providing the Home Office requirements are met. To be eligible for sponsorship through the Skilled Worker route you’ll usually need to be paid the ‘standard’ salary rate of at least £38,700 per year, or the ‘going rate’ for your job, whichever is higher.
