Office Managers are the first contact into our organization and we rely on them to help keep each region organized.

What You’ll Do

  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, manage supplies, and ensure a productive work environment.
  • Marketing Administration: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, manage social media accounts, and coordinate events.
  • HR Administration: Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Project Coordination: Manage various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases for both marketing and HR activities.

You Should Have

  • Experience: Previous experience in office management, marketing, and/or HR administration.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing software).
  • Education: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • Attributes: A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
