We are looking for a Digital Communications Coordinator to support our Senior Digital Communications Executive in managing and executing RSM UK’s email marketing strategy. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of email campaigns, optimising user engagement, and assisting in the day-to-day operations of RSM’s email communications. This person will play a key role in contributing to RSM's digital marketing efforts, keeping the firm’s clients and prospects informed through targeted email content.

As a key support to the wider Digital, and Integrated Marketing and Communications team in London, this role will assist in campaign execution, data analysis, and contributing to the overall success of RSM's digital marketing strategy.

You will make an impact by:

  • Executing day-to-day email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, event invitations and insights.
  • Supporting with building, scheduling, and deploying email content using our marketing platform.
  • Collaborating with the Design team and Senior Digital Communications Executive to ensure email content is engaging and visually aligned with RSM’s brand guidelines.
  • Assisting in managing email automation workflows for event journeys and other client touchpoints.

You will ideally have the following skills for this role:

  • Proactive and willing to learn new tools and systems.
  • A willingness to work on a range of varied tasks where no two days could be the same.
  • Can work to deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical, problem solving and planning skills.
  • A collaborative team player with strong written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to speak to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Basic understanding of email marketing metrics and the ability to report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
