Your new role at NewDay

We are looking for an outgoing, dynamic individual to join our Marketing Digital Communications team to coordinate, design, build, test and implement one off multi-channel communications via Salesforce Marketing Cloud and maintain existing automations. Working closely with business partners in Marketing, Product and Commercial this is an exciting role leading the delivery of tactical campaigns and enhancing automated communication strategies. This role is ideal for you if you are keen to kick-start your career in MarTech.

You'll deliver

    Support the delivery of email, SMS, and push campaigns using SFMC for the Marketing Department in a fast-paced environment. Build and develop skills in SFMC’s capabilities and features. Support the Senior Manager, Marketing Digital Comms, on commercial projects, strategies, and working groups as required. Collaborate with the wider business to champion the delivery of outstanding multi-channel customer journeys and customer experience. Take an active role in robust testing and QA of digital communications. Take responsibility for your time management, from initial briefing, scoping, build, testing and post go-live checks. Use Jira to create tickets and story points to plan each of your sprints.

    Excellent communication skills – written and verbal Attention to detail Analytical and problem-solving skills – understanding campaign interaction/conversion measurement and reporting Advanced Office 365 suite skills; Word, Excel, PowerPoint Able to work in a team and independently with a high level of self-motivation High integrity and sense of accountability – willingness to take marketing ownership Able to identify issues and challenges and aim to resolve them efficiently Strong time management and organisation skills – ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritise Resourceful with the ability to identify and persevere through challenges Enthusiasm for continuous learning and improvement

And would love you to know or learn:

    Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation tool Experience using a planning/ collaboration tool Issue resolution and problem-solving
