WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for an experienced Content Manager to lead and execute a unified content strategy across our European portfolio. In this role, you'll manage content creation, optimize processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and meet performance goals. THE ROLE:


  • Work with the Portfolio leadership team to develop a unified content strategy that aligns with overarching objectives and is consistently implemented across all regions
  • Execute content strategy and report on effectiveness and results, ensuring all elements achieve required performance criteria.
  • Streamline content production processes, reducing duplication of efforts and ensuring that resources are used effectively
  • Establish and maintain content quality standards across regions to ensure brand consistency and output integrity.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve content performance, introducing innovative formats and distribution methods tailored to different audience segments.
  • Manage team performance and development, including regularly reviewing content plans, timelines and KPIs, making recommendations and adjustments as appropriate.
  • Facilitate collaboration between marketing, conference and editorial teams to ensure content initiatives are cohesive and implemented consistently.
  • Work with Sales teams to support the delivery and fulfilment of sponsored content, including providing content opportunities to drive revenue and commercial opportunities.
  • Oversee and execute community building that drives engagement, interaction, and brand affinity.
  • Manage speaker and subscriber databases and development with the support of business intelligence and data teams.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting for budgeting and forecasting

ABOUT YOU:


We particularly want to see evidence of contributing to the development of content plans, as well as strong project and people management skills. Experience within technology is an advantage.
