We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the cleaning sector. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of cleaning operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Duties

• Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring adherence to COSHH regulations and standards.
• Supervise and support cleaning staff in effeciency.
• Train new team members on products, way to work, and safety protocols.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring that all products are available for daily service.
• Foster a positive working environment by encouraging teamwork and effective communication among staff.
• Monitor cleaning quality and presentation to ensure it meets the company's standards.
• Assist in resolving any operational issues that may arise during service hours.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of COSHH and leading a team.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and management effectively.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
