Parties & Sales Manager (MATERNITY COVER)

£40,000 per annum plus £24,000 acheivable bonus

Fancy joining the Megan's Support Office & selling our beautiful spaces to our guests? Our Marketing Team is on the lookout for a maternity cover, Parties & Sales Manager.

The Role
As our Parties & Sales Manager (MAT COVER), you will drive pro-active sales and booking conversions in our communities; taking ownership or group bookings and private hires. This is a really exciting Maternity cover opportunity to join our Marketing team as Parties & Sales Manager as we expand our brand in to new neighbourhoods.

The Day to Day

Parties & Sales

  • Driving proactive sales in our local communities.
  • Own private hires & private dining room bookings.
  • Oversee GMs responding to guests & being the point of escalation for groups when needed.
  • Parties & private hire communication (Phone, parties@ emails, Design My Night inbox).
  • Be our reservations system (Design my night) guru; optimising bookings to maximise sales.
Community
  • Looking after our charity relationships
  • Looking after our gift card issuing via Toggle
  • Supporting sites to deliver hyper-local activations & outreach
About you:


As Parties & Sales Manager at Megan's you will be:


  • Passionate, personable & outgoing.
    You will be looking after large groups and private hires, ensuring that our guests receive fantastic customer service & a seamless experience from enquiring through to partying with us.
  • A great seller. You will always be finding ways to convert enquiries in to booked covers. You will be responsible for selling our spaces, driving proactive sales and looking after reactive enquiries.
  • Have minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role. We need someone with experience using bookings platforms who has worked in hospitality & has worked in a sales roles previously.
  • Fantastic attention to detail & use your initiative. You will be responsible for suggesting improvements to processes including automating the guest journey & optimising Design My Night to maximise sales. You need to have excellent communication skills & great written English.
  • Proactive, open to change & comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Megan's is a growing brand, & hospitality is fast-paced. We need someone that can work independently, is adaptable & is excited by personal growth, & the growth of the brand.

Salary: up to £40,000 per annum, experience depending.
