Medical Records Clerk - Access to Health Requests

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated person who will provide medical records support for the West Mental Health Service
The successful candidate will have a good standard of education, excellent communication skills, be able to work on their own initiative and be efficient and organised with their own workload. The candidate should also have excellent keyboard skills and experience of Microsoft Office Package. The post holder will be expected to undertake a variety of duties within the role.
