Logistics/Inventory Controller Full Time

To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Logistics/Inventory Controller to join us in our Global Commercial HQ based in London.

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics/Inventory Controller to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for logistics, inventory management, and after-sales operations, focusing on financial-related questions. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in finance and a proven track record in the automotive industry will be highly advantageous.

What you'll do:


  • Collaborate as part of the regional management team to validate business cases and deals.
  • Lead and oversee external and internal audits concerning logistics, inventory, and after-sales operations.
  • Manage the actuals, forecasting, and budgeting processes to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Establish, maintain, and monitor effective internal controls across the organization; coordinate and complete annual audits.
  • Enhance systems and procedures, initiating corrective actions as necessary.
  • Analyze financial data, producing reports that provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Take the lead in project management, supporting a variety of finance and company projects.
  • Safeguard the integrity of the financial function within the organization.


What you'll bring:

  • Certified Accountant with a university-level degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting & Control.
  • Proven experience in finance, accounting, and/or internal control, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong technical expertise with ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Proficient in English, with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, with a strong desire for continuous learning and contribution to team goals.
  • Proven experience in identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Strong work ethic and a drive to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.

Additional Information:

  • This role will be working from our London Global Commercial HQ. This role will be Hybrid working, however there will be an expectancy to work a minimum of 3 days per week in the London office - EC1V
  • Frequent travel might be required to visit different entities. Applicants must therefore possess the ability to travel freely without restrictions.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in London without VISA sponsorship.
