Key responsibilities:
- Reconcile daily till takings and manage banking in accordance with laid down procedures.
- Investigate discrepancies and report accordingly.
- Compile and publish as required sales reports, be able to manage the petty cash systems and control receipt of postal cheques etc.
- Have the confidence to handle/count large sums of cash.
- Complete the accurate reconciliation posting and follow for all invoices.
- Complete the systems to ensure creditors and debtors controls are maintained.
