Role Overview:
We are seeking a Partnership Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies that
leverage our partnerships to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with key partners to maximise the impact of co-marketing efforts and collaborative initiatives both externally/internally.
This role is balanced working model between home and in our London (UK) with an excellent and a wide variety of services and transport links situated nearby.
Key Objectives:
As a Partnership Marketing Manager, your mission will be to identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that enhance our market presence and contribute to business growth. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to create and execute joint marketing programs that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Strategy Development:Define and execute a partnership marketing strategy that aligns with overall business goals, focusing on building strategic alliances that drive mutual value.
- Partner Relationship Management:Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with key partners, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring effective collaboration on marketing initiatives.
- Co-Marketing Campaigns:Develop and manage joint marketing campaigns with partners, including co-branded content, events, webinars, and digital marketing initiatives, to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Collaborative Content Creation:Work with sales/product/internal functions/partners to co-create content that resonates with shared target audiences, including case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and blogs, ensuring alignment with both brands' messaging and objectives.
- Partner Enablement:Provide partners with the tools, resources, and training needed to effectively promote our solutions, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed in joint marketing efforts.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnership marketing activities, providing regular reports on campaign outcomes, ROI, and recommendations for optimisation.
- Market and Competitor Analysis:Conduct research to identify potential partnership opportunities and assess the competitive landscape, ensuring our partnership strategy remains relevant and competitive.
- Contract Negotiation:Work with legal and finance teams to negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring they are structured to deliver maximum value and are aligned with business objectives.
- Budget Management:Manage the partnership marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI on joint initiatives.
- Event Collaboration:Coordinate with partners on co-sponsored events, trade shows, and industry conferences, ensuring seamless execution and effective representation of both brands.

- Marketing Expertise:Deep understanding of marketing principles, with experience in co-marketing and collaborative campaigns.
- Content Creation:Ability to co-create compelling content with partners that aligns with shared marketing objectives and resonates with target audiences.
- Analytical Skills:Strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of partnership marketing activities and make data-driven decisions.
- Negotiation Skills:Experience in negotiating partnership agreements, ensuring favourable terms that align with business goals.
- Project Management:Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple partnership initiatives simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
- Communication Skills:Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and build consensus with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaboration:Proven ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners to achieve shared goals.
- Commercial Acumen:Understanding of business economics, with the ability to align partnership marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
Desirable
- Previous experience in a fast-paced digital SaaS subscription business and/or at a start-up.
- Previous experience working in a PE backed business
- A degree in any discipline
- Proficiency in a European language
