Role Overview:
We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to lead and drive revenue growth through a deep understanding of key markets, target audiences, and revenue opportunities. This role will be instrumental in positioning our value proposition, collaborating cross-functionally to build a unified view of our value messaging, and ensuring go-to-market (GTM) success.
This role is balanced working model between home and in our London (UK) with an excellent and a wide variety of services and transport links situated nearby.
Key Objectives:
As an Integrated Marketing Manager, your mission will be to shape and execute marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, drive market penetration, and support revenue growth. You will leverage market insights, customer data, and strategic thinking to create compelling and effective marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and Audience Definition:Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of market segments and target audiences to inform marketing strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Customer Needs Alignment:Ensure our solutions and products are aligned with customer needs, maintaining an up-to-date view of customer pain points, demands, and value propositions aligned to key pillars.
- Persona and Value Proposition Management:Develop and update decision-making units (DMUs), customer personas, and value propositions to guide marketing and sales efforts effectively.
- Revenue Initiative Development:Create a backlog and roadmap of revenue-driven initiatives, testing new opportunities in white space, upsell, and cross-sell markets.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Develop and document the customer buyer journey, ensuring it aligns with our marketing and sales strategies.
- Messaging and Campaign Strategy: Create standardised messaging for each market segment and audience, defining campaign requirements, target audiences, key messages, creating assets and customer journeys with an integrated approach, across all touch-points
- Collaboration with Regional Marketers:Work with regional marketing team/s to drive consistency and define target lists, establish partnerships with key market players and associations, and tailor strategies to local market needs.
- Sales Enablement:Provide tools, content, and resources needed to support sales teams in their efforts to close deals and grow accounts aligned to the targeted marketing messaging/campaigns.
- Support Pricing Strategy:Collaborate with the sales and product teams to inform and support pricing strategies that align with market demands and business objectives.
- GTM Initiative Reporting:Track and report on the revenue impact of GTM initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Prioritisation and Resource Allocation:Skilled in prioritising initiatives and effectively allocating resources to maximise impact.
- Commercial Acumen:Strong understanding of business economics, revenue models, and profitability drivers.
- Planning and Organisational Skills:Ability to plan, organise, and execute complex projects on time and within budget.
- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Working:Excellent collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across departments and teams.
- Communication Skills:Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Decision Making:Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to make informed choices that drive business success.
- Research Skills:Expertise in conducting and applying market research to inform strategy and execution.
Desirable
- Law expertise and technology expertise beneficial.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced digital SaaS subscription business and/or at a start-up.
- Previous experience working in a PE backed business
- A degree in any discipline
- Proficiency in a European language
