The Role: The UGG EMEA Brand Marketing ensures consistent brand image and tone across the region, ensuring all key stakeholders are aligning with seasonal strategies & brand strategy. The team are the guardians of UGG Global Brand standards and guidelines within EMEA. They are advocates for the UGG brand in region, educating cross functional stakeholders on key UGG pillars and ensuring all activations are on brand. Working closely with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, the Brand Marketing Specialist will communicate and distribute global and EMEA content across the EMEA region via curated toolkits and communications, all whilst ensuring a consistent brand image across channels and regions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with agencies and our freelance writer to ensure all copy going out in region is on brand and meets our TOVs. Your Impact:

- Ensure campaign consistency via the curation of brand toolkits for all regional and global stories
- Support with the rollout out EMEA-wide distribution of global and regionalised assets, including translations for our markets
- Write, commission and review copy for all cross-channel campaigns and multi stakeholder projects
- Gather data from key stakeholders to produce omni-channel content analysis to drive best practice
- Create locally relevant edits of global directives with sign off from line manager
- Support with creation of regional-specific content productions incl on set as well as pre and post production
- Act as key point of contact for toolkit and content team critical path queries
- Lead on regional content road-mapping to ensure no bottle necks in our production
- Partner with cross functional stakeholders to ensure copy rolled out in region is aligned with TOV
- Collaborate with global product marketing team to ensure EMEA needs are fed into global shot-lists.
- Act as an UGG Brand Ambassador to provide internal brand team project updates
- Support with regular and ad hoc internal reporting requirements
- You have a keen eye for detail
- Understands end-to-end process management
- Adapts well to changing priorities
- You work well both autonomously or collaboratively
- You build great working relationships internally and externally
- Thinks innovatively and creatively
- Experience working in a Brand Marketing, Publishing or Creative or Content Production
- A genuine passion for the UGG Brand journey
- Copywriting skills and an excellent level of written English
- Experience within the fashion industry is a plus
- An understanding of creating reports and analysing content
