Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, and email marketing. This role requires a combination of creative thinking, data analysis, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create and manage content for social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
- Monitor SEO/SEM performance and implement strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Analyze digital marketing data using tools such as Google Analytics and other platforms to assess campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Email marketing campaigns: Plan, design, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including A/B testing and segmentation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, content, and sales) to ensure alignment with business goals and to maximize marketing effectiveness.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing, and apply best practices to ongoing campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, SEM, and social media management.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other key marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page optimization techniques.
- Experience in email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Klaviyo) and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
