The Role

We are seeking a proactive Campaign & Resource Manager to assist in the delivery of various projects while also managing the studio resources effectively. This role involves supporting senior team members in coordinating workstreams, engaging with clients, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets as well as being responsible for the correct allocation of strategy, creative and design resources across the studio.

This is a junior role and would suit a candidate with experience in an agency setting who wishes to explore a few departments and skills to help them refine and identify their future career trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign management:

  • Assist in the end-to-end delivery cycle, from project scoping and kick-off to execution and post-delivery analysis.
  • Assume responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of assigned campaigns from briefing to delivery while adhering to agency process and quality standards
  • Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders, addressing queries and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Help develop and track project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are on schedule.
  • Support the day-to-day management of multiple projects, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Conduct project health checks and assist in preparing status reports for internal and client-facing meetings.
  • Assist in monitoring project costs and supporting revenue maximization efforts across multiple workstreams.

Resource Management:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and partner agencies to ensure projects are staffed appropriately and resources are allocated effectively.
  • Manage the resources and help them with prioritising their workload via daily stand ups
  • Resolve clashes and over-bookings on a weekly basis
  • Assist senior leadership with long term resource forecasting
  • Assist HR with finding freelancer resources if and when required
  • Monitor freelance costs against budgets

About your skills

  • Project Management Knowledge:
    • Some prior knowledge of managing smaller campaigns or projects such as emails, paid media banners or social media content
  • Resource Management:
    • Understanding of workload balancing and team dynamics.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and internal updates.
    • Strong presentation skills to convey project status and updates.
