Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for property and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to clients. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting processes while building lasting relationships within the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the entire process.
• Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase listings effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
• Prepare and present market analysis reports to clients to inform pricing strategies.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients while ensuring all legal requirements are met.
• Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and neighbourhood developments to provide informed recommendations.
• Utilise various marketing strategies to promote listings, including social media, online platforms, and traditional advertising methods.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings using administrative skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role is preferred but not essential for motivated individuals willing to learn.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Administrative skills to maintain accurate records and manage documentation efficiently.
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous in catering to a diverse clientele.
• A valid real estate licence is required (or willingness to obtain one).
• A strong understanding of the local property market is beneficial but not mandatory.

Pay: £15,000.00-£42,062.00 per year
