Role

This role will be to bring on new clients via social media, telesales, leads and events. Also to bring back dormant existing customers. Then to manage their ongoing requirements whilst developing consultative approach to technology and our value proposition. This will involve lots of technology and sales training. This is a modern and rewarding work environment with a strong and progressive team ethic focused on staff development. 25 days fully paid holiday per annum and significant earning potential. The job will be office based in Teddington

Day to day tasks.

· Learning key knowledge around our core solutions

· Extensive training on systems and account management

· Prospecting new clients via the phone

· Working with marketing to convert leads

· Developing sales skills

· Managing the accounts that you bring on and building long term customer relationships

· Answering the phone

· Building pipelines and using CRM to maximum efficiency

· Using various vendor portals to raise special pricing requests

· Using distributor portals to find suitable products and stock

· Working on closing skills and understanding sales cycles.

· Meeting new customers

· Working closely with our technical team for solution designs

Experience

No previous sales experience required. We are looking for a genuine team player with strong interpersonal skills and hunger to succeed in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will be tenacious, sales driven and knowledge hungry.
