Clinical Support Workers play a vital role in line with nurses to deliver excellent care to our patients with broad and varied health conditions the job is both exciting and challenging where team working is essential and initiative is paramount. Excellent communication, confidence and compassion are essential.
Experience in healthcare is an advantage but not essential as successful candidates will take part in the care certificate course – developing basic nursing skills before some extended competencies such as obtaining and accurate recording of blood pressure, venepuncture, and ECGs.
