Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Per Annum

Orka Financial is working with an expanding construction firm based in Uxbridge to recruit an ambitious and commercially minded Finance Business Partner. The Finance Business Partner position will offer the successful candidate direct exposure to the Senior management up to and including the CEO. The ideal candidate will have very strong excel skills, a solid grounding in accounting (ACA,CIMA,ACCA) combined with exceptional stakeholder engagement/management skills and the ability to influence key business decisions.

Responsibilities:

 Preparation of financial forecasts and sensitivity analysis to aid and influence key business decisions;
 Presenting the financial impact of this analysis to the Managing Director and other key stakeholders;
 Pro-active management of information flow from contributing departments to ensure information is timely and available for urgent decisions;
 Challenge of senior operational individuals over the underlying assumptions and information to ensure robust conclusions are reached;
 Build and maintain strong business partnering relationships across a range of stakeholders.

Profile:

 Relevant accountancy qualification;
 Strong Excel capabilities;
 A logical, common sensical problem solver;
 Confident, self-starter;
 Ability to work under tight deadlines independently;
 Ability to be flexible with multiple stakeholder requests and escalate commercial decisions where appropriate;
 Experience within Housebuilding industry would be an advantage;
 Excellent interpersonal skills able to influence senior stakeholders.

Salary:

£55,000 - £60,000 + bonus + benefits
