This crucial role involves leveraging your expertise in social media to enhance brand visibility and engagement. As a vital member of our team, you will be the creative force behind our online presence. From crafting engaging content to executing strategic campaigns, you'll have the opportunity to project our brand and connect with our mixed audiences in meaningful and engaging ways.


Key Responsibilities


  • Working alongside our Sales Directors and Marketing Manager, help in developing and implementing social media strategies across the group to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create compelling content, including posts, videos, and graphics, that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
  • Monitor, plan and schedule social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Be able to contribute to our sustainability and social value goals and objectives ESG).
  • Analise social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our social media efforts remain innovative and effective.

Desired Requirements


  • Proven track record in social media management, preferably in the interiors or design industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Utilise social media and project management tools, such as hoot suite and Monday.com and streamline scheduling and analytics.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage design software like Adobe Creative Suite for content creation
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
