About The Role
In this role, supported by our Search Manager, you’ll have an exciting opportunity to deliver an engaging content programme for our prospect and customer. You’ll be planning, writing, commissioning, editing and proofreading content making sure your passion for storytelling shines through in line with our brands tone of voice.Key Responsibilities:
- You’ll develop and manage content calendar, working with colleagues across the business to ensure we’re covering relevant topics and delivering content aligned with our business priorities for both our customers and prospects.
- You’ll be responsible for managing our YouTube channel, our blog platform and our customer magazine.
- You’ll produce and publish content, writing, commissioning, editing and proofreading to support our email marketing programme and our SEO strategy.
- Working with our Search Manager, you’ll ensure all content is optimised with appropriate keywords and SEO best practices to enhance visibility and reach.
- You’ll ensure all content is true to our tone of voice and works for our audience.
- You’ll track content performance, reporting on its success and using the insights to shape future strategies.
About You
We’re looking for a driven self-starter with great attention to detail. You’ll have excellent copywriting skills, strong organisational abilities, and a talent for building relationships across the business. Minimum criteria:- Proven industry experience in content creation or a similar role.
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- Experience in creating content briefs
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity, attention to detail and excellent communications skills.
- Familiarity, or a desire to learn, with content management systems (CMS) Knowledge of SEO best practices and passion to learn more.
