UK has an exciting opportunity for an Executive IT Support Manager in London


We are seeking an experienced Executive IT Support Manager to provide exceptional white-glove IT support to our senior leadership, executives, and their administrative assistants. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.


This role involves providing onsite and remote support, ensuring smooth operations, resolving technical issues promptly, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.


Leading all aspects of executive it support, including rota management, and people management to ensure an always available service.

Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Providing Executive C-Suite White Glove Support and assistance to Executives and Board of Directors.
  • Responding promptly to IT support requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding defined SLA expectations
  • Maintaining flexible working hours to support early morning and late evening coverage, as well as on call rotation and occasional holidays
  • Proactively monitoring and managing system performance, security, and data integrity to ensure smooth operations
  • Providing event support during executive meetings and smaller meetings
  • Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding process for executive employees, including setting up user accounts, permissions, and access privileges
  • Collaborating with vendors and external service providers to resolve technical issues and implement system upgrades
  • Conducting regular conference room audits to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance system performance
  • Handling 24/7 calls and e-mails from senior leadership and their administrative staff
  • Training executives and other users in the effective use of technology tools and systems
  • Identifying the root cause of issues and document them accordingly
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Staying up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in IT support and services
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of IT support activities, including incident reports, service requests, and knowledge base articles
  • Ensuring exec devices are maintained and adopt an evergreen approach to system updates
  • Adapting and quickly adjusting to changing requirements, schedules and priorities
  • Maintaining a list of VIP assets across the UK estate
  • Assist with projects as assigned


What are we looking for?


  • Experience providing C-Suite level IT support
  • Audio Visual event setup and support experience
  • Minimal 7 years’ experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent customer service skills, complimented by an ability to interpret and respond to customer issues
  • Microsoft Certification, MS Office preferred
  • Technical skills: Microsoft 365 Suite, MS Teams, hardware and software, Windows 11, Video Conferencing software, Cisco Webex, Zoom, Apple iOS and OSX, Android, Networking, Printer, Active Directory
