Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to build our marketing & sales processes, actively sell to clients . The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales management, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing team performance, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the business owner to create and execute a sales and marketing strategy.
  • Overhaul and optimize our LinkedIn profiles and website to reflect our services.
  • Generate leads from LinkedIn through posts, articles, and proactive networking.
  • Identify and secure new Fixed Price Contract IT Support customers.
  • Achieve the target of signing the first contract support customer generating £50,000/year in revenue within the first two months.
  • Bring a new contract support customer each month on average.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and present findings to senior management.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in the IT services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn as a lead generation tool.
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies from scratch.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English language.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
  • A passion for selling and achieving results in a competitive environment.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks related to sales operations.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales is a must
