The role
As a Desktop Support Analyst, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. To maintain, support and implement the desktop environments at a second line level to include fault fix, swap out of equipment and request fulfilment as required across Babcock International Group on a multiple site basis.


Day-to-day, you’ll carry out fault management and rectification across the infrastructure.
  • Give technical support of all Desktop platforms to second line fix across Babcock International Group within the agreed performance criteria
  • Ensure Operational and Technical Documentation is maintained to agreed standards
  • To provide second line technical support through agreed Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Maintain Operational and Technical Documentation to agreed standards

This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with three days in the office and two days working from home however, flexibility may be required due to workload or project work.



Essential experience of the Desktop Support Analyst:
  • Experience of working in a Service Delivery environment
  • Proven experience of working in accordance with Service Level Agreements
  • Knowledge of the ITIL environment and process
  • Ability to problem solve complex technical issues
