Junior Sister Women's Health Ward Full Time

We have an amazing opportunity available due an increasing in funding investment for an established and experienced registered nurse that is looking for the next career move. You will be an enthusiastic, hard-working and committed individual to join our Women's Health Team. The Gynaecology ward team provide care to women and their families across our inpatient ward and our gynaecology assessment unit.

The Gynaecology Ward accommodates a diverse mixture of surgical and emergency patients within the 7 bedded area, and the two spaces in the Gynaecology assessment area. This post offers a unique nursing experience for the right candidate, who must be passionate about Women's Health and Gynaecology Nursing.

You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, you will be passionate and strive to make a difference. You will be responsible for the provision of high quality care that is safe, efficient, effective, kind and meets the individual needs of women and their partners using our services. Together with the Gynaecology team you will be leading the service to uphold the Trust Values. You will be a team player who will support the team to develop the services offered.

Whilst on the ward you will work as the shift leader, coordinating the ward activity and supporting our team to deliver outstanding patient care.
