Key Responsibilities About you
As a Client Engagement Manager in the EdTech division, you will be working closely with the team to ensure our clients have an outstanding experience at Bett and are supported effectively throughout the process, ultimately resulting in increased retention rates.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding client experience for Bett’s major accounts and strategic partners - ensuring that client contracts deliver increasing ROI and improved satisfaction every year, and indirectly driving revenue retention and account growth
Build credible, trusting relationships with a multitude of client stakeholders at various levels and in various functions both internally and externally
Development and execution of project plans for sponsorship fulfilment and client projects.
Ensure projects are tracked effectively and efficiently, with deadlines clearly communicated
Lead on various special projects linked with bespoke sponsorship packages e.g. roundtable
Support Head of Client Engagement on management of sponsorship inventory, sponsorship sales materials and sponsorship tracking
Working closely with internal teams to ensure sponsorship delivery is fulfilled to a high standard, and that your clients are supported effectively throughout the event cycle
Gain a strong understanding of products, content, operations and marketing processes to support effective client engagement
Support and oversee onboarding and delivery for breadth and government accounts, including the role out of the new business client engagement plan
Line management of 2 x client engagement executives

Established experience within Client Engagement and project management
Line management experience
An aptitude for commercial decision-making and problem-solving
Strong relationship building skills that help build trust and rapport, and able to deal with senior stakeholders both client side and internally
Motivated, resilient and strong work ethic
Flexible and adaptable to the needs team, clients and the business
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changeable environment
Ability to multi-task and remain calm whilst managing numerous priorities. Excellent time management skills.
Authentic and empathetic
Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours and both UK & international locations.
