Job Description
Do you want to play a pivotal role in the next phase of Middlesex University's development, supporting the launch of its new 'Knowledge into Action' 2031 strategy and its ambition to provide sector leading advice and guidance to future students across all channels and in person? We are building a new front line team to provide support to future students who are interested in studying at Middlesex University, and who may have already made an application. They'll do this across traditional channels such as email and telephone, but also utilise technology to engage with our future students through Live Chat platforms, social media and online forums. The team will also work across the wider Marketing team to support their work - from helping with content production for future students, to email marketing and meeting future students in person at schools and in the community.
To be part of this exciting development as an Applicant Engagement Advisor, you'll have excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service. You'll be a problem solver, and have the ability to not just resolve a future student's query, but also proactively contact them with advice on what they need to do to move to the next stage of their journey to university. You'll also be a great team player - being comfortable working with colleagues in your own team, and liaising with others across the university - and have excellent organisation skills and the ability to pick up multiple digital platforms to deliver your work. In return, Middlesex will offer you an opportunity to develop a broad portfolio of marketing and customer engagement skills and opportunities to support innovation in education marketing. You will be part of Middlesex University's strong community of professionals, who you will both help guide and will learn from.
MU Services Limited Middlesex University has established a wholly owned subsidiary, MU Services Limited, to provide professional services to the University. Staff of MU Services Limited will work alongside Middlesex University staff and will be employed by MU Services Limited.
