This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 3 days minimum per week in the office. As a senior member of the team, this person will bring a thoughtful mindset while acting as a presentation content powerhouse to build investment and product-focused content for client events, presentations, and educational needs. The ideal candidate will be able to “connect the dots” between product messaging, client needs, market trends, and business goals to generate ideas and, ultimately, compelling presentations and product support. This team is highly collaborative across the firm, with product specialists, investment teams, and marketing communications teams as key stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join an established and strong team in a dynamic and important part of the business.

The ideal candidate is someone who is:
  • Experienced at driving ideation and generating impactful presentations around sophisticated investment concepts
  • Comfortable drafting, crafting, and conceptualizing product marketing content
  • Skilled at leading and guiding discussions with collaborators around messaging, marketing collateral, and investment themes
  • Confident driving a project with the ability to balance multiple projects
  • Able to work across functional teams and at all levels of the organization

What you will do:
  • Generate content for external events, webcasts, product insights, and sales emails to help guide conversations between launches and to support product fundraising.
  • Develop and implement marketing content for new products and initiatives Includes development and execution of product marketing plans, and development and production of materials.
  • Work closely with Product Specialist Teams, Operations, Investor Relations, Compliance, Data, and Legal teams to produce and define product messaging
  • Ensure a consistent message, tone, and brand across all marketing materials
  • Provide thoughtful guidance and coaching for in-region product marketing team members
  • And other responsibilities as required

What you bring:
  • Experience building impactful presentation content from scratch with an institutional asset management focus
  • Proven track record delivering feedback and direction to senior collaborators
  • Solid understanding of marketing communication practices and relationship management process
  • Occasional cat herding
  • Strong judgment and ability to prioritize effectively

Education Preferred:
  • Bachelor of Arts (B.A) or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience

Experience:
  • 8-10 Years relevant experience
