In this role, you’ll work towards your IT Support Technician Level 3 qualification, guided by expert training from Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:
- Solve IT problems and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Assist senior technicians with troubleshooting challenging technical issues.
- Gain hands-on experience with networking by working on infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate daily with other IT technicians to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct network troubleshooting and diagnostic activities to maintain system efficiency.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining IT security measures to protect client data.
- Perform routine network and server maintenance tasks, including updates and patching.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- £18,000 per annum.
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
- 28 days of annual leave, including bank holidays, with additional days added for years of service.

Desired Qualities, Skills, and Knowledge:
- A strong passion for IT and technology.
- Full UK Drivers Licence essential
- Self-motivated with a keen desire to learn
- Strong customer service Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Knowledge of Microsoft products like Windows, 365, Azure (Desirable)
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, gather information, and provide solutions for a diverse range of technical problems (Desirable)
- Grade 4/C in Maths and 5/C in English GCSE
