Our event and digital marketing portfolio include industry leading established face to face C-Level conferences across the UK and Europe, sponsored roundtables, webinars and sponsored insight/content.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Strategic Account Manager to work across a portfolio of market leading events and digital media platforms.

Total package on offer is £65k-£70k OTE dependent on skills.

This is a client facing role in which the successful applicant will manage a territory of existing and prospect accounts selling event sponsorship and digital marketing campaigns. Your clients will include the cream of global technology vendors.

Key elements of the role include:

  • Direct management of an assigned client base, including key accounts
  • Maintaining regular client contact – face to face, email and telephone
  • Become a knowledgeable advisor - build a strong market knowledge of the issues and trends affecting the ICT industry
  • Build long term, mutually beneficial client relationships
  • Be a strong ambassador for our business and engage with clients and prospects at company and industry events
  • Accurate forecasting against sales targets and other KPIs
  • Achieve realistic, yet challenging targets

Skills Required

  • Strong work ethic
  • Demonstrable experience in selling event sponsorship and media campaigns
  • Confident and consultative sales style
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Professionally presented with high level of attention to detail
  • Proficient in use of CRM, excel, word, powerpoint
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Confidential and trustworthy approach to work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £36,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
