We have a fantastic opportunity for an ACA/CIMA qualified Finance Manager to join our growing team and take on responsibility for some key day to day finance activities including:

• ensuring timely preparation of monthly management accounts with analysis and commentary
• monthly cash flow forecasting and tracking
• assist in the preparation of annual budgets and regular reforecasts
• business partnering with budget owners to monitor monthly spend
• ensuring our compliance with direct and indirect tax obligations both in the UK and internationally
• monthly payroll submission
• line managing the assistant accountant and accounts clerk

The Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring appropriate accounting policies and procedures are followed and to provide timely and accurate financial information to enable and assist effective decision making by the company directors.

This is a full time, permanent position and it will be predominantly based from our Studio Office location in the London district of Kensington and Notting Hill. For the right candidate we may consider offering this role on a part-time 4 day per week basis.

To be invited for interview, you must be ACA or CIMA qualified and you must possess at least 3 years’ experience within a senior finance role. Previous experience in a retail business is preferred but not required. Previous line management experience is required. You must also have excellent excel skills, be comfortable communicating across all levels of the business and possess good commercial awareness.
